Meet our Founder
Andréa Harper, M.Ed., is an education leader with over a decade of experience in instructional support, human resources management, and school operations within public education. After working closely with schools and families across Maryland, she recognized the need for a more personalized and purpose-driven learning environment.
As a mother and educational leader, Andréa founded SOAR Academy to bridge the gap between strong academics and real-world preparation. Her vision is simple: create a school where students are challenged, supported, and prepared to lead.

Full-Time 5-Day Program — $15,000 annually
Tuition includes a comprehensive learning experience designed to support both academic growth and real-world skill development. Students participate in core academic instruction, entrepreneurship and financial literacy education, STEM and innovation programming, and leadership development.
Tuition also includes school supplies, breakfast, lunch, daily snack, and access to our summer programming.
Families may choose to pay tuition in full or select an 11-month payment plan (July–May).
Limited seat available to preserve small class sizes and personalized instruction.
